Hi sugar friends! This cake was for my web master/DVD production dude. They both LOVE Halloween, so they decided to have their wedding on that day. It was so much fun doing this cake, something different :-) Thanks for peeking! Jennifer Dontz :-) www.sugardelites.com

The haunted tree is made from modeling chocolate. I have closeups on Facebook if you might want to take a peek there. Jen Smile

Jennifer, it looks awesome! I love the detail! Can you tell me what kind of airbrush you use?

Meri - I have a KopyKake airbrush and the KK airmaster compresor. I LOVE both. I've had them for many years. If you get a compressor, get one that you can adjust the pressure.

Your fondant coverage is PERFECT. SMOOOOOOTH!!!! Do you get alot of air bubbles? Lately it seems I have been and it is very annoying!!

JenniferMI says:
I really don't get many air bubbles at all, are you using my semi-homemade chocolate fondant? Fondant SHOULD be perfect... everytime. It really is not hard to get perfect fondant, you just need to know a few tricks Smile

What a fun and unique wedding cake Jenn. I love all your little details esp the wee mouse in the haunted tree. And of course your air brush techniques are spot on. Wonderful work as usual.

I went to your website but could not find your semi-homemade chocolate fondant. Do you have a link? Right now I am using homemade mm fondant but am seriously considering moving to premade. For the sake of consistency. Most people just peel it off anyway!!

Imarpet - My fondant is GOOD!!! No need to peel it off. PM me. Jen Smile
