My father-in-law passed away a year ago yesterday, and my family will be gathering this weekend in his honor. He was a retired professional truck driver for over 30 years. Thought this cake would be a nice surprise dessert for our family retreat. The wheels bear the family "monogram" while the front and back license plates show his year of birth & death, respectively. The trailer bears his nickname. This is my most detailed cake-to-date since beginning my novice journey 4 months ago, and I must say I enjoyed the privilege of being able to execute this labor of love. Enjoy!
