A very good friend of mine asked me to help with a surprise for her soon to be hubby. He loves North Carolina. and he loves white cake. So i made a three tier white cake with buttercream icing and homemade marshmellow fondant. colors are carolina blue and white. the North Carolina symbol is also made out of fondant
