Tree Wedding Cake

Offset round tiers (14-12-9-6) with fondant and gumpaste tree. Satinice white fondant tinted turquoise, Satinice Dark/Chocolate fondant tree, Satinice gumpaste leaves and flowers. Top: Red Velvet with almond buttercream; 2nd: Toasted Coconut with pineapple filling; 3rd: Vanilla Bean with mango filling; Bottom: Dark Chocolate with espresso ganache and coffee buttercream. It was 95+ degrees with excruciatingly high humidity; it weathered the weather as well as could be expected (it glistened more than usual) - though with two movements of the cake table, the bottom tier began to slump by the time the couple cut the cake.
