I made this for my oldest son's 21st birthday. He loves to golf when he can (busy college student and works two jobs as well,) and especially loves to golf in the Fall. He mentioned recently that the hardest part of that was finding his ball when the leaves start to fall --hence my idea for his cake. If you look closely there is a little ball hidden in the leaves at the base of the tree.
