This is my entry for the Permian Basin Fair. The USA sheet cake is a 4" dummy custom cut (Thanks Taylor Foam!) The eagle and bell are foam that I carved. All the decorations are fondant, gumpaste, or royal icing. The ribbon that the eagle is holding is real. After two years of trying to enter the fair I finally made it!
