My husband just bought me the Wilton Giant Cupcake pan and I've been looking for an excuse to try it out. I made this cake to take to a neighborhood block party today. All fondant with the exception of the fluffy icing on the cupcake (buttercream) and matching bottom border. Swirls are handpainted on the fondant with Americolor Silver for airbrushing.
