I made this for my husband's birthday because at least 3 days a week he goes to a local diner for pancake breakfast before work. The pancakes are 6 inch White cakes baked about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, stacked and covered with tinted Hershey's Caramel syrup. Butter, bacon and egg white are Modeling Chocolate. Egg yolk is a mini cupcake covered in Modeling Chocolate.
