This is a cake inspired by many CCer's that have done the Betty Brown Cakes...This is 6,6,8, chocolate cheese cake icing, rolled Chocolate butter cream over the tree, and rolled butter cream for decorations. This cake was made for my BIL...he loves animals...that is his cat on top of the tree. Thanks to ALL for much inspiration...this is my first times attempting anything like this...first time covering with fondant (rolled bc)...I had so much fun! TFL
