This was my entry for the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique at the Javits Center, NYC, November 2008. I won a first place ribbon and gold medal. I was so unhappy with the topper which I had planned to be much more intricate, but I ran out of time. The mosaic took FOREVER!!! Thanks for looking!
