I made these for a co-worker's daughter's birthday. There were 15 teacups. The saucers are sugar cookies with royal icing. The spout, lid, and handles and flowers were all hand formed with fondant/gumpaste, I used pearl dust mixed with lemon extract to color all of the flowers and put the silver accents on. The cakes were a chocolate pound cake, covered with vanilla buttercream and then fondant. The "tea" in the cups is caramel.
