How cool! I am doing a cake right now (literally, the crumb coat is drying as I am typing this!) I wasn't ambitiouw enough to try the turkey, mine's just a sheet cake. Embarassed However, my excuse is that I am also in charge of the feast. You have done a GREAT job, though. Congratulations! Very Happy
