Thank you for the kind comments. This is the cake that almost wasn't! 4 days before it was due, we lost power due to an ice storm. It was in the teens and we didn't get power back for a week. The cakes were baked out of town and I decorated with only natural light and propane heaters to warm up the fondant to get it finished! Lots of changes were made to simple it down, but at least it got done!
