ceshell, thanks, I had no idea. I think I get to order my kit monday. i have practiced an idea this week and can't wait to try it for reals. DH thinks this is a crazy idea and that it just might work. The very least, nobody will have a cake like it ever! Are we limited on the number of items we send? The whole bucket worth or just one or two? |

Just noticed they are out of stock on the kit. I put my email in to be notified when it's back. Anyone know how long the gumpaste will last on the shelf. I don't make many gumpaste items - so I'd hate for it to just dry out. |

I think this site is so cool. Your Aunt Teri sent me the link to this site. I look forward to seeing the real photos of you and your husband to be cutting into the cake. If you haven't figured it out yet...I am your great aunt from Oklahoma. I look forward to checking out the rest of the site.
Hugs and Congrats......Aunt Mary |
Hi Aunt Mary! Beware this site is very addictive! |

The more the merrier I say!
Let me put it this way.... The cake including stand
(not including the table it sits on)
will be almost 8 FEET TALL
So yes, definitely the more the better! We will have a LOT of area to cover with the pieces... so If you feel like making 1, that is just fine.. If you feel like make 100 that is OK too |

I live locally- could I hand deliver it instead of mailing it to you? |

HI Jackie,
For those of us who live overseas, could we make the pieces in white and ship it to you and then you can lustre dust them? |

What a super idea! Can't wait to see the finished project. I was married at the Union Station in 1995. What a great place. |

Oh how I would love to be a part of your wedding, but your wedding date is the same day as my daughter's. I'm already up to my eyebrows with arrangements and I know things will get crazier as the time gets closer. I'm also making my daughter's wedding cake (all 5 tiers).
Congrats! May you have a long and happy marriage! |

First off...congrats on the wedding!! Secondly...this is such an amazing and unique idea. I think it's so awesome that you found a way to incorporate all the CC'ers into your special day.
Thanks for keeping us in mind even with all that goes into planning a wedding. I know your cake is going to be absolutely gorgeous and most definitely the greatest cake colloboration ever |
