New York Landmark Cake
A cake for a New York lover turning 50. It is based on the beautiful London landmark cake by Rachelle's, but I added more landmarks and more color by request. Each piece is handcut from gumpaste, then the landmark is drawn on with non-toxic pen. Customer was advised to remove landmarks before eating.

Blush Color Cake With Vintage Flare
Love the subtle and feminine look of this cake. The blush color makes it delicate and sweet.
Bas Relief Wedding Cake
A little bas relief, a little sugar lace, a little pop of color with the frilled peach gumpaste peony and a lot of love. :)
Rainbow Connection - 2/14/15- Part of the wonderful Be My Valentine Collaboration, dedicated to all who would like to be in love without boundaries, without fear or discrimination. We believe, everyone has the right to be loved and be in love freely. "Love with no boundaries. Your future depends on your capacity to love " Paulo Coelho My personal vision was to portray the full-spectrum, vibrant, dancing energetic connection two concious beings can make. I attempted to symbolize the shared creation that fills both beings with thrilling light, hope, and Love and Color...independent of the differences of the body like skin color, religion, age, or gender. It could be said that this sculpture is also about Agape, or Pure Love, which can be between any beings who recognize each other in mutual admiration and connection. Maybe that is why the tune that kept running through my head while creating this was: "Someday we'll find it, the Rainbow Connection, the Lovers, the Dreamers, and Me"! Happy Valentines Day to you and your Loved Ones, and Thank You Hajnalka for a Collab well-run! American Bald Eagle "world Animal Day 2016"
This is my piece for the World Animal Day 2016 collaboration hosted by the super talented Sharon Spradley. This was my first collab and I was super excited to be asked. We had to do an animal from our native country. My country being the United States I thought there would be nothing more fitting than the American Bald Eagle. I chose this not just because of the obvious reason but also in part due to my Native American heritage and the other part due to it’s amazing climb from being almost extinct to thriving. I encourage you to go over to the collaboration and check out all of the amazing cakes that were done for this collab. My cake body was covered in chocolate as the under layer. The feathers were made with a mixture of gumpaste, modeling chocolate, and fondant. Each feather was painstakingly cut veined and dusted by hand using a leaf cutter and vein mold. The head and feet were done using modeling chocolate and covered in fondant and the eyes where made using isomalt and an edible image. The cake was dusted and airbrushed for color and depth. https://www.facebook.com/worldanimaldaycollaboration2016/ https://www.facebook.com/tammymashburnsedibleart/
Turqouise Debut Cake
The debutante loves the color turqouise so the mom requested me to make a cake in the same color. The bottom tier has the woodgrain faded effect.
This groom came to me with a very specific vision of his groom’s cake. He provided me with many photos and educated me on the minute design details of the TARDIS. The board is airbrush color painted directly on uncoated foamboard then sprayed with Shell and Shine to waterproof. I’m still amazed by how well it worked! To smooth the ganache on the 16" tall cake, I used a large right angle square, heated with a heat gun. The windows were made of isomalt that I pulled to make frosty. Real working light on top. The top is removable so they could replace the bulb throughout the night.
Hawaiian Luau Birthday

Sugar Skull Wedding Cake
A very nontraditional wedding cake. The couple was after my own heart when they asked me to do a sugar skull :-) They provided me with a photo of a sugar skull and the colors they wanted so the design is not my own creation other than a bit of improvisation with it such as adding the blue metallic sugar pearls. I started with the diamond and really wasn't sure about their color choice but it all came together and with the addition of the roses I was sold on it! I hope you like him too.
