Summer Sugar Cookies
a new icing experiment... did not dry hard, but was delicious... Melted butter in a sauce pan and added a few TBSP coffee mate, then PS. Should have added some meringue powder or corn syrup! Couldn't stack them well, but now I know for next time!
I like cookies that are soft and not that hard frosting! These look good!! :D
You would love this icing! It's simple, and you can usr any flavor coffee-mate! I used vanilla-carmel and drizzled it over oatmeal-apple cookies... divine! no real recipe... just one stick of butter, a big splash of creamer, and a bag of powdered sugar! enjoy!
