I really struggle with fondant but, I am trying to overcome my fears. I made this for a family BBQ today. I figured I could use the practice and if it didn't come out well it was just family and they would eat it anyway...lol. I was very happy with how it turned out. No one wanted to cut it they wanted me to save it !
