Spaghetti & Meatballs
I have a friend who I tease because everytime we come over for dinner she serves us spaghetti. We're going for dinner again and she promised it wouldn't be spaghetti and i'm to bring dessert. So, I'm bringing spaghetti & meatball cupcakes! They're from Dede Wilson's Field Guide to Cupcakes. (Oh, and my daughters helped me with these. :) )
The meatballs are ganache balls rolled in crushed graham crackers. The sauce is just red food gel. They were really simple and in real life look scarily real! :lol:
