NFSC stands for "No Fail Sugar Cookie" recipe I love it. I never measure my royal icing but it has to be a certain consistency for me. I use powerd sugar, meringue powder and water. I whip it very good.
I note that NFSC appears to be your dough of choice. Have you tried any others? I can't say it enough I love your work. I actually can look at the pictures and know it's yours before looking at who baked them. You are awesome!!
