how do you get cupcakes to stay at a slant? I tried some and the cupcake is to soft (I put a stick in them)

did you use mini cupcakes or are those regular size?
These are the mini cupcakes. I also made one with regular size but it didn't look nearly as good. The mini ones fit this size pot better.
