Here is my final cake for my last Wilton class (gumpaste). It is a three tiered white sour cream cake with apricot, lime, and raspberry fillilng. It is covered in homemade mmf. The flowers in the topper is a mixture of gumpaste and silk flowers. I'm a teacher, and I didn't have time to make all of my flowers so I substituted some silk flowers for the gumpaste flowers. I'm still very proud of this cake since it is my first. Please any helpful suggestions on how to improve it would be appreciated.
