Oops... flavors are (top) chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and mint flavor fillings and (bottom) Coconut with pina colada and lime filling:)

They were taught in the Wilton Course III Class. They're actually a lot easier than the ones I helped my SIL make, which was done one petal at a time! I think these cutters are from the Wilton Stepsaving Rose Bouquests Flower Cutter Set, but you do get them in the Course III Class Kit :)

If I didn't know better I'd think I was looking at my roses I did for the Wilton Fondant class..they looked just like that..So of course I say AWESOME job!! lol ;)
