Did this cake for my best friends twin girls 4th birthday. One cake is confetti cake with Chocolate mousse filing with buttercream and the other was confetti cake with Rich's Bettercream vanilla filling with buttercream. Rainbow made of fondant and the Birthday Plaque is chocolate. All the flowers on the border are hand piped chocolate.
