These were done for another Cinco de Mayo 1st birthday. The lg. one is a 12 x 18 carved down and the smash cakes are 8" rounds carved down. All iced in bc and airbrushed. I had problems with condensation when I was spraying the cakes because I took them right from the fridge. I wasn't happy with how the color turned out - lesson learned!
