Valentine's Petit Fours on Cake Central

These were strawberry cake with chocolate ganache frosting on top, then covered in candy melts. Kthy Scott's Petit Four molds.

The ganache on the inside. The outer covering is melted candy melts that are poured into a plastic mold then poured out, leaving a thin shell. Refrigerated to set, squeezed in a bit of ganache, placed small cake on that (it was cut with a heart cutter in the kit) then more candy melts on that to seal the bottom. Refrigerated to set.
