I made this for a friend of my mother's. I'm pretty happy with the shape, it took a long time for me to get it right. However, I am very unhappy with the smoothness of the frosting. I knew the person wouldn't want the flavor of fondant, but then I found out they didn't want buttercream either. I made cream cheese frosting and it was really hard to smooth. It seemed like after it crusted it got even less smooth. It looks horrible, and I'm pretty dissapointed. But other than that, I think it's ok.
