Rice Paper/potato Paper Butterfly
Using the directions here on cakecentral.com, I tried the recipe and they turned out great! I used potato paper (just a different starch) and I noticed the drying time wasn't as long as the directions said. I used "non toxic" pens to draw them out and color them in. They were fun to do.

Oh my gosh! I love it! I've heard people here using rice paper but never thought much about it. Now I have to go find the directions. Do you make the potato paper??
Nope, purchased it my local/(not so local) hehehe cake decorating supply store. I would say they range from $0.15-0.35 a sheet in this area (seattle WA)
