Iceream Cone Cupcakes
I baked cupcakes in icecream cones. It was for my daughter to take to school to share with her classmates for her birthday. The cupcakes were marble cake. I decorated with buttercream and a marzipan bee. The bee idea I got from the cake bible. I made them myself and used sheet gelatin for their wings and painted the black with a brush and black gel colouring.
Got the icecream cones from my local grocery store. I got ones with the widest base to make the cakes more stable. I thought it was a good idea the cupcakes in the icecream cones because then everything is edible. Not sure why but the cones don't burn in the oven.
