Bride decided on this cake from the Wilton Tiered Cakes book ... we added an additional tier to the cake from the one in the book. Cake is the basic white almond wedding cake with cream cheese filling between all layers and is covered in buttercream icing, cake sparkles added to each tier.. ribbon roses made from fondant with gumtex added .. very simple cake to do .. the bride and mother of the bride loved it :)
