I made this cake for my two younger cousins Kyle and Lindsay this past weekend. The cake was 4 layers, chocolate, filled with cherries, brandy and whipped cream. The entire cake was then covered in more whipped cream, Belgian ganache was used for the drizzle, Belgian Hazelnut chocolate chunks were also added to the top along with a white chocolate plaque decorated with white chocolate shells and pearl dust.
