First Fondant Wedding Cake

First Fondant Wedding Cake on Cake Central

this is my entry for the county fair. i figure it's ok to post it now since the judging was this morning. 12", 10", 8", 6", 4" (all dummies) all covered in fondant with fondant flowers. never covered a cake in fondant before - can't believe how easy it was to use! of course, this cake was fake, so real cake might be different! thanks to MelissaRHK for her inspiring burgundy shaded cake!

It's beautiful!! I like your colors and how you went dark to white on the cake and the reverse for the flowers. Very nice!! And CONGRATULATIONS on taking 1ST at the fair!!

I like how you did opposite colour flowers/tier as well. I also really like the design you did with the flowers, very creative way to attach them
