This is for an 8 year old's b-day today. She wanted a white cake w/ strawberries in the layers and strawberries on top. This is a 10 inch white almond sour cream cake with buttercream and fresh sliced strawberries in the filling. I iced in pale pink buttercream and couldn't quite figure out how to do the strawberries so this is what I came up with. I hope she likes it!
