Not A Cake
I have to bring the sandwich bread (don't know how to call it in English) for the party at my in-laws tonight. I decided to shape it like a cake!!! it will be funny. inside there's some egg sandwiches and ham sandwiches. The "icing" is made of cream cheese, mayo, Dijon mustard and cream. I decorated the "cake" with Basil leaves and carrot shreds for flowers!!!

Did you just stack the sandwiches and cover with the "icing" or is there something between? This is too cute!
I've put a mix of mayo/dijon mustard in between, to make sure it doesn't fall. thanks for the good comments! :)
