Beautiful cake....is it Buttercream and how did you make those flowers?

Thank you! Yes, it is all buttercream. I started by filling in the flowers with a light color and outlined them with a color that was a few shades darker, then I took a dry paint brush and spread the outline color towards the center of the flower to blend and give it texture.
