First attempt at a ganache. Choclate cake covered in chocolate buttercream and ganache with some fresh strawberries dipped in ganache on top. Will practice my choclate drizzle more next time... wanted it to be more lines, but they kind of blended together. I also did not think of the choclate at the bottom...will used parchment paper and pull it out next time... Either way, client loved it!
