This cake was a last minute decision. My daughter wanted horses but no barn or other animals. My only problem was that I tried a new icing for the first time on this cake. It had so much butter that when I squeezed it out of the deco bag it melted. My grass didn't look much like grass. Even cooling it in the fridge didn't help. I won't use that frosting again.
