First attempt with mini wedding cake mold and cutters. As you can see not sure how to decorate it either.

What did you use to frost the cake? It looks so smooth with sharp corners. Very nice.

Is there cake under the white chocolate, or is the whole thing molded from chocolate? This is incredible, please let me know how you got the chocolate that smooth over the cake if its cake! Good job!
there is fresh strawberry cake under the white chocolate. Kathy Scott with made the molds I purchased them from her at the GA ICES meeting Sunday send me a private message and I will send you her information.
