Christmas Cake Balls

I made these for the ladies in my office. I'm going to give each one a dozen cake balls each in little mini cupcake paper packaged in a leapard print chinese take out box with red and green ribbon tied on top. These are chocolate chocolate chip cake dipped in Baker's milk chocolate.

Your cake balls look so festive. I made some last weekend but did not freeze or refrigerate. Can these be kept at room temp?

I'm keep mine at room temp because I don't like to deal with the sweating that happens after you take them out of the fridge or freezer.

As long as they don't have milk added to the cake balls, they should be fine at room temp.
