I love seashell cakes. Tell my, do you find teh WBH buttercream hard to work with? I find it too soft.
Yes, actually this cake was a loss. When I went to deliver it the whole top cake layer slid off the bottom layer! It is very soft, I always try to refrigerate it to firm it up a little. I mostly just like to use it as a filling.
