Emma's Hula Cake
Based on a design by CakeDesigns. This cake is one of my favorites to date and it got rave reviews. The top layer and the hula girl are gluten free, the middle was orange cake with pineapple Jello Mousse filling and the bottom was lemon cake with Lime Jello Mousse filling.

Thanks! The cake is a 10", 8" and 6". They're all iced in white. I outlined with a toothpick where I wanted the waterfall, then I laid the fondant "rocks" in that space, mixed up a BUNCH of blue piping gel (I think it was a full tub of piping gel plus some of another). I put it in a disposable bag and flooded starting at the top and let it flow down naturally. Hope that helps!
