This was for a 50th birthday. The man was a big Notre Dame fan, and I had help from CC in coming up with the caption, "Still fightin' at 50". Mascot is fondant cut to shape and painted with food coloring. And so began the painted fondant obsession...

Thanks- it's just buttercream tinted with food coloring. I believe I used egg yellow and lemon yellow.
