A chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. It's covered in mmf and then royal icing "grass". The butterflies are royal icing.

Edited to say the photo was taken by the person who bought the cake, she put the butterflies on herself once she got it home so they wouldn't break in transit...techinically the design placement of the butterflies is all her.
