Daisies And Ganache

I had a lot of anticipation for this cake but I ended up disappointed. I have admired the recent pink cakes, daisies and poured ganache. Even though I prefer pink, I thought I would do something different. My ganache was too thick and my daisies need some life breathed into them. I have already gotten some great advice from the disaster forum and I am very grateful. Dark Fudge cake filled with whipped ganache and vanilla buttercream icing. This is for my family for Sunday dinner, so no stress. Smile

I absolutely love the colors together! I found the ganache took a little practice to get the consistency just right too. lovely though.

I am with laura_d_v, I love it. Your daisies are beautiful and the cake looks yummy. Hope your family enjoyed it! :) I also know that we are usually our own worst critics! Don't be so hard on yourself.
