Sweet 16
This cake was for a co-worker's daughter's suprise sweet sixteen party. The cakes are a 6" square covered in white modeling chocolate and an 8"square covered in chocolate modeling chocolate. All the pieces around the cake are fondant, gumpaste, and/or modeling chocolate. They are all her favorite things: flip flops, a SUV, her drivers license, iPOD, car keys with her coach keychain, fortune cookies, her dog (a dachshund), a coach purse, pearl necklace, high school crest, and a composition book.

This is amazing. I love all the little extra's around the cakes. I have tried and tried to mold but have not gotten anything to resemble what I was working on. You have done an amazing job.
