This is a 6 inch cake I made for the excavator who did my parking lot. He gave us a great deal and loves my carrot cake so I had to hook him up. It is carrot with cream chez frosting. I used crushed oreos for the pile of dirt and little choc rocks for emphasis. This cake was really quick and easy to do. Thanks for looking!
