Jolly Santa

I made this for a party the other night. German Chocolate cake with mint buttercream and MMF. I used an 9" round and 8" square pan and then carved them. This was SO EASY! And, it renewed my faith in MMF after my wedding cake disaster. It was a hit at the party - and again... EASY!!!

It looks really hard to do. You are artistic.

Great job! I'm still learning to work with MMF. Do you make your own MMF?

What is MMF?

Yes I make my own MMF, I use the recipe from the site. However, I learned something interesting. "Campfire" brand marshmallows melt whiter than "Jet Puffed" Marshmallows. FYI
