Dancing Cherubs

Dancing Cherubs on Cake Central

This cake is a 16" square with a 12" and and 8" tier on top. This cake serves approximately 200. It was done with Buttercream icing and Royal Icing accents. The cherubs on the bottom tier were actually placecard holders...it's amazing what a little icing can hide, huh?

Actually, this cake took about 3 hours from plain to finished. I had done one similar to this one already, so I pretty much worked all the kinks out on it. The only problem I had was keeping the RI that I used for the hearts to stay workable until I got to the wedding hall to attach them to the pillars...Thank you again for all your kind comments...once I find my album (I have 4 children and am in the process of moving) I will post more so you can see. I love this site and being able to see all the cakes
