Sunflower Cake
Vanilla cake filled with whipped chocolate ganache, iced in buttercream. Not very happy with the smoothness of my icing but like the sunflowers(love my new tip 352). Liked the cake better before writing on it but my dd insisted I write happy birthday on it since it's for Grandma tomorrow.
What a happy cake! :D Your flowers look awesome! (Try some Viva Paper towels on your frosting after it has crusted to smooth it out more to your liking.)
