White Wedding Cake With Garland And Roses
My first wedding cake! Used these acrylic cake stands, but they felt so wobbly. They held up, though! Large cake was chocolate; medium and small cakes were almond. White buttercream frosting with fondant/gumpaste decorations.
Very nice! I have to use these stands (7 of them!) next week and I'm nervous about the wobbly factor!!
make sure the caterer takes the cakes off the stands before they are sliced (so have a cardboard round under each cake). That will help. Good luck!
