Poinsettia Anniversary Cake

My sister requested an anniversary cake for her in-laws (their 50th but they are celebrating with another couple; thus no mention of 50 ) so I decided to do one of these poinsettia cakes again; this time white with gold accents. My sister also requested coconut cake and I tried a recipe on CC submitted by Linda Easley. Didn't get to taste it but it sounds great. (and it's easy!)

Very pretty. I couldn't see the coconut on the front page, but I love it!

I really like the effect that the coconut has on the overall look. Very snowy!!!
